Property features

The house is very secure with a locked front gate and high back fence. It has a brand new kitchen, washing machine and furnishings. There is a Sky dish, garage and it is a short walk to town. This property is full of character and would be perfect for a single person or a couple. It is not suitable for children or those who have limited mobility. The 6kilowatt heat pump easily heats the entire house quickly, and the thermal curtains keep the warmth in. The main bedroom has plenty of power outlets,(the smaller bedroom has one) a phone jack, a new queen size bed, and a view over the city. The smaller bedroom has a new single bed and is perfect as a study or for visitors.
The property is fully furnished right down to linen, all a PhD student needs to bring is their own clothes and personal belongings.
